OnCommand Connection Integrates With Fleetsoft Software

Navistar, whose subsidiaries include truck manufacturer International and IC Bus, recently announced that OnCommand Connection will now integrate with Fleetsoft’s fleet maintenance and inventory management software. The result is that school bus companies that use Fleetsoft solutions will now have access to OnCommand Connection’s Advanced Remote Diagnostics tool to monitor vehicle health. This combination of software will allow users to be more proactive with maintenance, keep buses on the road, and reduce costs.

“Fleetsoft's integration with OnCommand Connection, which provides the industry's most comprehensive GPS and telematics solutions, gives Fleetsoft's customers access to all the information they need to manage their entire fleet,” says Kurt Claussner, president of Fleetsoft. “This partnership is designed to create a seamless, integrated user experience like no other. Perfect Pairing

Thanks to this new integration, Fleetsoft users can take advantage of OnCommand Connection to receive valuable information about their buses, including general status, location, odometer readings, and fault codes. You can also access OnCommand’s Parts Catalog On-Line and International’s Service Portal via Fleetsoft to speed things up during maintenance and repair. Navistar will add the ability for Fleetsoft users to make purchases via Navistar’s Fleet Charge purchasing program in the fall of this year.
