This mobile poultry processing unit includes all the machinery you need to kill and process your own turkeys and/or chickens. Includes 10 kill funnels mounted on a round, rotating platform; automatic scalder which maintains 140 degree water; poultryman feather picker; 10 foot eviscerating table; 100 gallon poly chill tanks if needed. You provide your own ice and knives. Scalder is propane gas and runs off 3 30 lb. grill tanks. Needs one 110 volt, 20 amp receptacle to provide electricity and one garden hose connection such as outdoor spigot or water hydrant.
