This van is in overall excellent condition with only minor wear present. The 3.5L V6 gasoline engine starts right up without any issue or hesitation and has good power - very quiet and economical engine. The engine sounds good and there are no known issues. There are no engine codes illuminated on the dash. The transmission shifts through the gears as it should with no issues. It has been outfitted by Cabot Coach Builders. The van has been outfitted with a gasoline generator w/ remote start (only 35 hours), tables & benches, rooftop HVAC, interior & exterior outlets, interior & exterior lighting, shelving, storage space, powered awning, exterior speaker, exterior TV and more. It is a high top allowing for plenty of headroom- it is very easy to step into and walk throughout. This is a very well built van that is ready for its new life. It needs absolutely nothing. It has a clear side entry door and the door opens/closes via switch. The exterior of the van is very presentable with minor imperfections to be expected such as light dings, dents and scratches. The interior of the van is nice and clean with no major wear present. The rear of the van shows little to no use - very clean floors, walls and ceilings with no leaks present. The tables/benches are in great condition. The frame and underside is in excellent condition with no major rust anywhere. The van runs down the road nicely and as it should. Every single truck that we retail goes through a set of steps and quality checkpoints to ensure what we are selling is something we can stand behind. When a truck comes in it gets checked over thoroughly by our inspector and he notes any/all deficiencies. The list he goes down is derived from a DOT inspection (which we have added onto over the years as the DOT doesn't cover everything). The inspector will then take the truck on a 15-20 minute test drive to note any deficiencies found in a test drive (as if they were the customer). From there he writes all notes and areas of concern down and it then goes into our mechanical shop. Our mechanical shop spends as much time as they need to make the correct and necessary repairs to the truck. This can take days, weeks, or even months depending on parts availability. We try to use all OEM factory parts, unless it is not available to do so. Our average repair bill in our shop ranges from $4,000 and have been as high as $25,000+.
