PBR Style Tarp System – Fixed on Passenger Side Estimated Weight: 18,230 lbs +/- 3% Estimated Volume: 121.3 cu yds REPAIRS AT KTR Description.... - Unbolt and slide back middle section of slats - Clean out king pin section and bearings, inspect subdeck - Repair broken slat, install new bearings, slide floor back in - Bolt slats back into place - Replace T-blocks with good used set, bolt down with new hardware - Repair bottom section on passenger side rear post - Cut and remove top front gussets - Repair top panel on front wall - Weld on new front gussets - Replace tailgate lock rod and adjust to close properly - Patch over holes on inside and outside of trailer - Run floor to check operation and for leaks, replace 2 leaking cylinders - Remove roll pipe from tarp, cut off and replace bent section of tarp roll pipe, reinstall pipe and fasten - Replace mudflaps on rear of trailer - Acid wash trailer to blend in repairs
