Fabricate and install Custom 20ft flatbed dump. install on Freightliner M2.
Install body 16" away from back of cab / fab and install 12" walk behind cab. hinge point to be 52" from rear of deck center pin.
60" high heavy duty bulkhead with a 3" pipe across the top.
4"channel on both sides of the bulkhead past the bottom of the deck
24" and 6" past the top of the 3" pipe web out.
Stirrup steps at front, one each side and 3 - 4" channel steps on front road side of bulkhead. 2 inboard grab handles
3/16" smooth plate floor, single sheet 8ft x 20ft side rails with 4"channel web out. solid weld on perimeter of deck to side rail. 4"channel install web out on center front side of bulkhead with a 3/4"nut welded to receive a Ilot on rear of bulkhead
8" structural channel longsills with 8" x 8" x 3/16" gusset on every other crossmember. 4" channel crossmembers on 12" centers. Box longsills with 8" x 1/4" flat bar 8ft from rear deck. 45 degree cut at the end of longsills with tri-angle gusset plates.
6 -3 " weld on winches with disc guides, 27ft nylon straps, triangle hooks pair of front steel mudguards
pair of mud flap brackets, install at rear hinge
1 HD frame mounted rear tow hook
ICC bumper set 24" from rear deck
