1987 Peterbilt 379EXHD 15spd against the dash, 3.55 rears. a unique truck that has kept most of its stock parts and appeal from the previous owners. Cat 3406B 7FB serial 200k on engine overhaul with paperwork, along with a new turbo and manifold. Fuel Pump was also rebuilt 1 year before engine overhaul. Previous owner added the Air ride for the cab along with 4 new air bags. All New fuel lines had been replaced previously except the transfer hose from the fuel transfer pump to primary fuel filter. 300 gallon tank.
Truck has been greased every week and oil changed at 10,000 miles with oil samples. Front differential & driveshaft was replaced in 2024 with close to 100,000 miles on it Rear drive axle was replaced some time by the previous owner but believes it could be close to 600,000mi fluids checked and look good still Clutch was done back in 2017 showing 750,000 miles.
Clutch was adjusted when I got in it and grabs right away.
Transmission was done in 2017 showing around 750,000 miles No squealing and shifts like it should Radiator and battery’s were replaced in 2022.
I have service records and parts history that has been done to the truck. Along with engine overhaul paperwork.
