Built for demanding construction, aggregate, and hauling applications, this Warren aluminum end dump trailer combines a lightweight aluminum body with a heavy-duty steel frame, high-capacity suspension components, and practical features designed for everyday jobsite use.
The trailer features a 24' x 96" aluminum body with 54" sides and approximately 29/32 cubic yards of capacity, depending on loading configuration. The body is constructed with .160 aluminum sides, a 1/4" aluminum floor, .190 aluminum front, and vertical side bracing for added strength.
A 60" aluminum tailgate is mounted to the rear, while the fabricated steel chassis uses high-tensile material with an 11-1/2" neck and 19" main frame. The trailer measures 30' at the chassis and is equipped with heavy-duty running gear designed for commercial hauling applications.
The undercarriage includes Hutch 9700 3-leaf spring suspension, 25,000-lb axles, 49" axle spacing, Haldex ABS, and a 13,200-lb two-tire lift axle. The lift axle can be controlled electrically from the cab or manually at the frame, giving the operator added flexibility as load conditions change.
This trailer is also equipped with a Donovan electric flip-mesh tarp system, allowing the load to be covered quickly and conveniently from the cab. A natural aluminum body finish paired with a Warren grey frame and landing gear gives the trailer a clean, professional appearance.
