The factory Goodyear tires average 95% with the 24 bolt beadloack wheels
It dose have a winch and controls But the winch is not working
It has went through a resent military update every thing is up to speck brakes glow plugs and so on..
We have ran this through or shop and checked every thing over. It starts and runs like new plenty of life left in it for years to come
It has the newer 6.5 GM 8 cylinder diesel in it! which runs great. Behind that is a 3 speed automatic backed by a high and low transfer case. All functions like heat and lights operate fine. 4 wheel drive works as it should also.
