    About Wilson Trailer

The Wilson Trailer Company has deep roots that go all the way back to 1883 when Frank Taplin Wilson founded the company in South Dakota. He moved to Sioux City, Iowa, where his brother George lived in 1890 and that’s where the headquarters is located to this day. Since that move, Wilson has been under the same family ownership for four generations, and the company puts a strong emphasis on keeping its traditions in sight while continuing to innovate and push the industry forward. Including its headquarters and two additional Sioux City locations, the company has modern production facilities in Yankton, South Dakota; Lennox, South Dakota; and Moberly, Missouri.

Wilson primarily focuses on livestock trailers, gooseneck livestock trailers, commodity trailers, and flatbed trailers. Some specific models include the Stockmaster PSAL/PSADL line of livestock trailers; the Ranch Hand and Roper lines of gooseneck livestock trailers; the Commander, Patriot, and Super-B lines of commodity trailers; and the Premier and Roadbrute lines of flatbed trailers. You’ll find many of the above Wilson trailers for sale on TruckPaper.com.
