Demco (Dethmers Manufacturing Company) acquired Maurer Manufacturing in 2000, and for a time, Demco and Maurer continued to operate as separate companies. That all changed in 2015, when Demco purchased the Maurer brand entirely. Demco continues to operate the Maurer Manufacturing facility and design Maurer products, many of which you’ll find for sale on TruckPaper.com in the drop-deck trailers, open top trailers, and hopper/grain trailers categories, among others. Demco manufactures both aluminum and steel grain trailers; the former are designed for transportation duties, while the latter are harvest time workhorses.

Demco also makes Maurer auger extenders and head transports, including models for high-speed, all-wheel-steer, and heavy-duty transport. Maurer grain tank extensions can work on a variety of combines, including S and XL Series John Deere, as well as CNH XL and Case International models. Demco continues to manufacturer its own agricultural sprayers, grain carts, gravity flow wagons, and liquid fertilizer equipment, along with a variety of other trailers and equipment.
